A Madison tradition every child should be able to experience!

Do you have a favorite Nutcracker memory? Chances are if you are from southern or central Wisconsin it includes a Dance Wisconsin performance. Since 1976 Dance Wisconsin, previously known as Wisconsin Dance Ensemble, has performed a Nutcracker Ballet or a version of the Nutcracker for Madison and our southern/central Wisconsin Community. The overall cost of preparing a Nutcracker for our community is immense. From costume repair and creation to our musicians and theater rental we strive to provide the best production possible while using every dollar wisely.
